Ever wanted to create a cake built completely around your child's favourite franchise? This is exactly what we offer.

Our most popular option is an edible-image cake: the flames, the flag and the bold blue-and-orange colours printed as a sharp edible sheet and set on top by our lead decorator, Joanne. You can also add your child’s name and age!

You pick the design, the size, and the add-ons, then we make it – it’s all that simple! Throwing for more than one theme? Our Bluey cakes win over the youngest fans, and Barbie cakes are still as popular as ever.

A premade cake from the supermarket often comes in one design and one flavour. A made-to-order cake, on the other hand, is completely unique and one-of-a-kind. Every Hot Wheels cake starts with the design, then you pick the finish:

• $65 – edible image on a naked cake with white buttercream
• $98 – edible image on a fully covered colour cake
• Or go 3D with printed cutout elements from our character cake range

The difference is all in the finish: naked shows off the layers, fully covered wraps the colour edge to edge. Select your design, upload your image and personalise your order online.

A party guest list nearly always includes someone looking to steer clear of eggs, dairy or nuts, and the last thing you want is a cake that they can’t enjoy. Fortunately, that’s a non-issue here: every Hot Wheels cake is 100% plant-based, egg-free and dairy-free, with nut-free and soy-free recipes also available.

Please note, our cakes are gluten-friendly rather than certified for coeliac disease. Our cakes are also made in a kitchen that handles nuts and may contain traces. If you happen to have any allergy or dietary concerns, please list them before placing an order.

What colours and design come on a Hot Wheels cake?

The classic look is race-day blue and orange with flames, a chequered flag and track. Every cake is made to order, so pick your child's favourite car or colour when you order and we design around it.

How far ahead should I order a Hot Wheels cake?

For a detailed design, a week or so of notice is ideal. A simpler edible-image cake runs on our standard two-day turnaround, and our small same-day click & collect range can save a party that crept up on you.

Can everyone at the party eat it?

Yes. The whole kitchen is plant-based, so every cake is egg-free and dairy-free by default, with nut-free and soy-free recipes available on request. Please note: our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts and may contain traces.
