About This Cake

This is a proper chocolate cake for a proper chocolate lover. Two layers of chocolate sponge are filled with dark Belgian ganache and smooth chocolate buttercream, then finished with our signature ganache drip down the sides. On top, piped chocolate buttercream, dark chocolate shards, and a fresh assortment of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries bring brightness and balance to all that chocolate.
