Your logo, printed on every cupcake

Send us your logo as a high-resolution file, ideally a PNG with a transparent background, and we print it as an edible image on food-safe icing in our own kitchen. Each cupcake carries the print cleanly, so fine detail and brand colours stay true across the whole batch.

The same printing puts a photo, a slogan or a product name on top, which is how businesses brief us for launches, conferences and staff events. Everything is printed and finished by hand here, nothing sent out.

The Cake People, and why the cupcake matters as much as the logo

A printed logo only works if the cupcake underneath is worth eating. The Cake People was founded by Joanne and Stephen in 2014. Today, the cupcakes are baked from the same recipes that have received an award for three years running in the open Gateau category at the Victorian Baking Show.

Judged beside conventional bakeries with no separate allowance for plant-based work. That competition-tested standard goes into every corporate batch we mix.

Bulk orders, boxes and the notice we need

Cupcakes come by the dozen and in larger party boxes, sized to your headcount. Minimum orders and pricing depend on the size, flavour and finish of the run.

Branded orders need more notice than an off-the-shelf cake, because the logo is printed and set by hand, so tell us your date and we will confirm what is achievable.

Cupcakes a mixed-diet team can all eat

Because every cupcake we bake is 100% plant-based, one branded order already suits plant-based, egg-free and dairy-free colleagues, with some nut-free and soy-free recipes also available. Please note: our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts and may contain traces.

Gluten-friendly cupcakes are available on request, and we are straight about what that means: they are baked to avoid gluten, not in a dedicated coeliac facility. Nobody at the launch or the morning tea has to sit out.
