About This Cake

The flag takes centre stage, printed in edible ink and set into the top of the cake, surrounded by a border of piped buttercream rosettes. Smooth white buttercream sides are finished with a dark chocolate drip and a piped buttercream base for a clean, classic look that lets the colours of the flag stand out. Shown here with the flag of Samoa — but any country flag can be printed.
