About This Cake

The chocolate sponge is deep and moist, providing the ideal base for the mint buttercream — cool, creamy, and balanced rather than sharp. On top sits a generous layer of dark chocolate ganache, glossy and rich, bringing the whole thing together. Chocolate and mint is a combination that's stood the test of time, and this version is the best we've made.
